H.E. Mr. Hammam bin Nasser bin Juraied
Executive Director of AGFUND (Arab Gulf Programme for Development)
Mr. Hammam bin Nasser bin Juraied is a distinguished executive leader in the fields of sustainable development, development finance, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. He brings more than two decades of professional experience in leading strategic transformations and strengthening institutional ecosystems across governmental, development, and non-profit sectors at both regional and international levels.
Mr. Juraied joined the (AGFUND) in the third quarter of 2025 as Advisor to His Royal Highness the Chairman of the Board. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership positions across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. These included serving as CEO of Ekhaa Endowment for Orphans, General Supervisor of the Developmental Housing Agency at the Saudi Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and Executive Vice President for Strategic Partnerships and Communications at the Pilgrim Experience Program. He also serves on the boards of several charitable and non-profit organizations locally and internationally.
He currently serves as CEO of AGFUND, where he leads the organization’s new strategic phase, focusing on enhancing its development impact, advancing partnership and governance models, and aligning its operations with the Sustainable Development Goals and the development priorities of member states, while strengthening AGFUND’s engagement within the global development ecosystem and the Arab Coordination Group.
Mr. Juraied is a recipient of the GCC Joint Youth Action Award, presented by H.H. Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (may he rest in peace). He is a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School and holds a master’s degree in communication and development from King Saud University. He has also completed several advanced executive programs in leadership, communication, and development practice, and is recognized as a national expert in translating strategies.
